MISSION: 
EMpowering Women (EMwomen) is dedicated to helping women and
girls find the hope, help, and healing they need to make lasting
and significant life changes that result in their ability to become
catalysts of positive change within their families, community, and
the world.
BACKGROUND:
After 14 years in full-time ministry and business leadership, on
July 7, 2007, Larry and Staci Wallace launched EMpowering Women
(EMwomen), a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, with the desire to
help women and girls recognize and fulfill God’s unique plan for
their lives through faith-based educational workshops, life-skills
training classes, leadership development summits, small group
mentoring, emergency relief efforts, humanitarian aid, a unique
online social network, and television and radio broadcasts.
EMpowering Women seeks to help ALL women from all walks of life,
despite age, race, gender, religious beliefs or socio-economic
status.
No matter who you are or where you come from, we believe God has
a plan and a purpose for your life and we are here to help you find
it, walk in it, and become the leader to others you were destined
to be.
RATIONAL:
Every woman has a story.
Some stories make you laugh while others make you cry. Some speak
of success, achievement, and victory, while others speak of
loneliness, rejection, and pain. No matter what her story is, we
believe every woman’s story is known by God and if given the
chance, He can use her story to transform the lives of others who
so desperately need an example of hope to change their world.
Every woman has a dream.
Some dream of college or owning their own business while others
dream of marriage and children. Some dream of finding lasting peace
and hope while still others dream of escaping years of addiction or
bondage. No matter what the dream, we believe that with God, all
dreams are possible.
Every woman has a need.
Perhaps she needs someone to believe in her ability to change years
of bad habits. Or maybe she needs clear direction for the decisions
she is about to make for her future. Some women come to us looking
for motivation, guidance, or to simply get hope to make through the
day. One thing that is clear, in today’s world of multi-tasking
women who have learned to mask their inner needs, every woman needs
God’s wisdom to live a life of balanced peace and joy.
Every woman has a voice.
EMpowering Women is the manifestation of the dream of a woman whose
life was changed by God and whose story and message is now being
used to helped thousands of other women find deliverance, peace,
and confidence to overcome their past and live the abundant life of
joy God promised them. Like the story of our founder, we believe
that every woman has a voice that can equally change the world. Her
voice may be buried beneath the ashes of her past, but if released,
her voice could be a catalyst of life-change for her family, her
friends, her community and her future. When you partner with
